Three things we
do differently.

Local · Honest · Hands-On
No. 01 — Local

We know these waters.

From Elliott Bay to the San Juans, Anacortes to the South Sound — our brokers are Northwest boaters first. We've sailed, commissioned, and cruised the same waters you want to.

No. 02 — Honest

The friendliest team in the business.

No high-pressure desk, no rotating call center. Paul, Bill, and Mark each work their own clients and tell you when the boat you love is the wrong boat.

No. 03 — Hands-On

Power and sail, both.

Most brokerages pick a lane. We list and sell trawlers, motor yachts, classic cruisers, and bluewater sailboats alike — and we understand what's under the hull.

02
Current Brokerage

On the water right now.

A selection of vessels we currently represent on Puget Sound — power and sail, classic and modern. Inventory turns regularly; call any of our brokers for the full list.

The Partner

A Northwest native who
simply loves boats.

"It's about making the process smooth, enjoyable, and professional — and helping people buy and sell the boats they love."

Paul has been with Elliott Bay Yacht Sales since 1993 and is a partner in the firm. A Northwest native, he brings a broad background of boating experience in both power and sail — he has taught sailing, performed charter checkouts, commissioned yachts, and managed Windward Mark / Cal Marine, a local marine supply store.

Both sides of the dock

Power & sail.

Most Puget Sound brokers specialize. We don't. From a Grand Banks trawler to a Beneteau cruiser to a bluewater Northern Marine, our brokers have owned, cruised, and sold both — so we can match you to the right boat regardless of how it's powered.

40+ years on the repair side

We know what's under the hull.

Mark Lindeman has spent decades in the yacht-repair side of the business — hands-on, management, and ownership. That means survey findings get read correctly, refit costs get estimated honestly, and you go in with eyes open.

What we do

Both sides of the
closing table.

Buy · Sell · Survey · Refit guidance
For Buyers

Buyer's representation

Market analysis, sea-trial coordination, independent survey, and closing. We'll point you toward the right boat for how you actually use the water — coastal cruising, the San Juans, or bluewater.

For Sellers

Listing & marketing

Professional photography and synchronized exposure across YachtWorld, our own site, and a real network of Northwest buyers we actually call — not just an auto-posted ad.

North Sound

Everett & Anacortes

Bill O'Brien works the North Sound — Everett, Anacortes, and the gateway to the San Juans — so listings up north get local eyes and showings without the Seattle commute.

After the survey

Refit & service insight

Decades of yacht-repair experience means we read surveys with you, estimate refit realistically, and connect you with trusted Puget Sound yards and trades.

Next step

Whether you have a boat to sell or a season on the water to plan — it starts the same way.

A phone call. No form-bot, no autoresponder. Paul, Bill, and Mark answer their own lines.
